Ordering from dōTERRA® by Phone
Alternative in ordering for your convenience
Since you have made your way to this website, it would be natural to think that ordering online would be the most convenient way to get your dōTERRA® products. But what might seem natural is not necessarily correct.
If you would rather not place your order online, dōTERRA® offers you an alternative.
- You can call in your order using a Live Order Entry Operator.
This option requires that you be a registered member with dōTERRA®: a registered Retail Customer, Preferred Customer, or Independent Distributor.
To speak with a real person when ordering, the Live Order Entry Operator is for you. Just call 1-800-411-8151 and someone will be there to take your order, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Time.
"But, can I order off-line even if I don't want to register with dōTERRA®?"
Of course, you can always choose to order from me, either online or off-line. I'm not always easy to reach by phone, but if you leave a message, I will get back to you. Just call me at 989-859-1647.
I also accept mail-in orders (sorry, I can't receive faxes). You can use the Order Form. However, my pricing is slightly different than dōTERRA®'s. Please refer to my Retail Price List when ordering, and then, just mail it to me at:
