How to Protect Your New Recruits from the Dream Killers

Brilliant Compensation: The brilliant answer to all MLM objections

Imagine this scenario …

Let's say you give a great presentation about your network marketing opportunity to an ideal prospect.  … We'll call her "Jane".

Jane is a professional businesswoman, with tons of contacts and a great personality.  You just know in your heart that if Jane "gets it", she could become the million-dollar producer you've been looking for.  And, you can tell by Jane's responses that she's sincerely interested in your opportunity.

You've got the date and time for your next meeting all worked out.

And then you make "The Call"

Like an anxious teenager, trying his hardest not to call a girl too soon after a first date, it takes great effort for you not to call Jane the next day (you've got to "play it cool", you know).  So, a couple days go by, and you call to invite Jane to listen to a company conference call, meant to get new people started on the right track.  You call her work number, and it goes directly to voice mail — no big deal.  You leave the details of the conference call on her voice mail, with the instruction at the end that, "If you would, just let me know that you're going to be able to make the call".

There's no word from Jane, and the night of the conference call, there's no sign of her.  "Hmmm, I guess she's not going to make it," you say to yourself, disappointed.  Yet, you're quick to remind yourself that Jane is a busy professional.  Something probably just came up.

… I called to confirm our meeting

A few days later, you remember that you you're supposed to get together with Jane for lunch tomorrow.  You call her cell phone.  She picks up, "Hello, this is Jane."

"Hi, Jane!  This is (your name) from (your company). …  How are you?  Missed you last week."

" … Oh, … Um … Yeah … Hi!  … I've been meaning to call you.  Hey, sorry I didn't get back with you on the conference call thing last week; I got your message, … I was just … um … real busy, you know … "

"Hey, that's no problem.  I understand," you say.  "But I'm excited about meeting with you for lunch tomorrow.  I just wanted to call and confirm.  Are we still on for noon?"

… an awkward silence.

" … Um, Jane?  Hello?  Are you there?"

She finally breaks in, " … Yeah, I'm here. … You know, about lunch tomorrow … I think I'm going to have to cancel."

"Oh … Ok … well," you reply, disappointed.  "That's alright.  If it's a bad time, we can just try to reschedule for next week.  How about Monday?"

You hear a sigh on the other end, and then, "No. … What I meant is … I don't think I'm interested in doing lunch."

You're stunned.  The color drains from your face.  You're not sure what to say next.

You clear your throat, and you're finally able to eek out, " … Uh … Well … What happened, Jane?  I mean … the other day, at our meeting, you seemed so interested."

She finally blurts out, "I'm sorry.  I was interested, truly.  And, it's not you.  It's just … well … after our meeting, I talked to some business friends of mine and my husband about it.  They all looked at me like I was nuts.  It's just … you know, network marketing has kind of a bad reputation.  It seemed like all my friends had a story like, "Yeah, I tried one of those deals a few years ago; and, all I did was end up with fewer friends and a garage full of water filters."

Your mind is racing about what to say next.  You manage to break in, "Well, Jane, you know, a lot of people … "

She cuts you off.  "Hey, you know, I've really gotta go; but, you know, I'm sure you'll be very successful.  I just don't think it's for me.  I've gotta go.  I'm sorry."

And she hangs up.

Sound familiar?

If you've been in networking any length of time, I would bet that you've been in conversations like this more than once.  I know, I sure have.

So, what are you supposed to do?

The ultimate weapon against "Prospect Doubt"

In this scenario, if you could have been there when Jane's husband and her friends were bashing Network Marketing, you probably could have overcome their objections.  But, you weren't there … and obviously, you will rarely ever be there.  So, you must prepare your prospects against the dream-killers, or their newfound excitement will get squashed like a rotten tomato.  And, once it's gone … it's very difficult, if not impossible, to get back.

It's for this reason that I created the presentation Brilliant Compensation®.  In it, I and Dr. Charles W. King, Professor of Marketing at the University of Illinois, in Chicago, and a Ph.D. in business from Harvard University, explain in simple, compelling and believable terms, the BRILLIANCE of Network Marketing.  With Brilliant Compensation®, somebody like Jane can hand it to her husband and friends and say, "Don't shoot holes in me; shoot holes in this."

This DVD tool is so logical and so correct, that no one can argue with any of its points.  … It brings credibility and proof — all the things that need to be there, for a new person to argue why they are seriously considering MLM.  I made it so that each individual person could achieve MLM success by using it.  It is not about any specific company; it's about the industry of MLM/Network Marketing; so, it can be used by anyone.

Quite often, when I'm at an event or traveling, a successful networker will come up to me and say, "Thank you so much.  If it weren't for Brilliant Compensation®, I wouldn't be in this business."

Don't let your best prospects be victims of the dream-killers.  Put a Brilliant Compensation® DVD in their hands.  For the small investment, you can watch your organization grow faster and stronger than you ever thought possible.  Just visit this page to get started.

Committed to your success,
