EZ-Net's Administrative Tools™: Making the management of your web site simple.

From the Administrative Tools menu, you can:

• View your web page - This function allows you to see how your web site appears on the InterNet without leaving EZ-Net Tools™. In this way, you can quickly view your web pages as you create them, without having to log back into the system every time. (You can also do this from EZ-PageBuilder™ with the "Preview Current" or "Preview Saved" options.)

• Retrieve Orders - When an order is placed on the secure server, an e-mail notice is sent to you. You then use this option to collect the orders you have received. Simply log in, securely retrieve the order from the server, and print your order.

• Download Orders - This function allows you to download order information directly into your resident database.

• View Order Statistics - This function gives you the ability to conveniently analyse your orders without the cost of a separtate application.

• View Counter - With EZ-Net Tools'™ EZ-Counter™ function, you have a quick and easy way to check the number of times your individual web pages have been seen. The monthly counters for each page will be displayed, and you can link from there to a separate calendar display of each page's hits.
  • This gives you a good first look at the traffic on your site. However, for analysis of where the traffic comes from and how a visitor moves from page to page in your site, you will need a better tool.
  • For traffic analysis, one excellent resource is HitsLink.

• View Account Configuration - This feature lists the tools available to you with EZ-Net Tools™, gives a brief description of each tool, and lists usage and limits for several options (like number of MB for your site, number of e-mail accounts, etc.).

• Edit Constraint Enforcement - This function allows you to add e-mail accounts or audio streaming, etc. beyond what is standard for an EZ-Net Tools™ account. There is an added charge for expanding these services.

• Launch EZ-OnlineMail - With this option in EZ-Net Tools™, you can manage your e-mail list of targeted, opt-in e-mail addresses (see EZ-Mailing List), see who is on your list and how many names you are collecting, and configure and send out bulk e-mails, either from the e-mail list on your web site, or from an imported mailing list.

• Setup Email Accounts - This tool gives you a very simple method for setting up or deleting accounts for your site's e-mail, with you@yourdomain.com. You can even configure it to send messages directly to your resident e-mail software (e.g.: Outlook Express).

• Register Domain Name - With EZ-Net Tools'™ Domain Name Registration tool you can easily register new domain names without the need to enter any technical information. It is all done for you. If you already have a domain name, this tool takes you through a simple cut and paste procedure to point your domain name to your EZ-Net Tools™ site.

• Domain Manager - This tool lists all the domain names associated with your EZ-Net Tools™ site, and when that name will expire. By clicking on a domain name in the list (or the "Re-Query WhoIs" button), you can see all the information about that domain name: who owns it, contact person, technical contact, etc.

• Accounts Payable - This tool helps you to manage your expenditures. Here, you can view billing information, generate statements, manage your business' address and credit card information, and make payments.

• Edit Member Profile - This option helps you to easily keep information about your business (such as your business address, contact person, phone number or toll free number) up-to-date. It also allows you to change your password to improve the security of your web site.

• Backup Files - This tools gives you a one-step means of creating a back-up copy of your web pages, saving your HTML files for safekeeping.
