Form Builder in EZ-PageBuilder™: Quality forms without the coding hassles.EZ-PageBuilder™ allows you to build basic forms for your web site without coding. More advanced forms can be built with the addition of your own JavaScript.

Form Builder enables you to build forms that can be filled out by your customers and automatically sent to your e-mail upon submission. You can even configure an auto-response function that will send a pre-written message back to your customer, and include a link to a pre-specified web page. You can use these forms for joining a mailing list, information request, or even a short order form.

The short order form can be configured to accept payments, and link to a secure server where credit card information can be gathered.
The Form Builder block:The Form Builder block functions a lot like the Page Layout block in that you start by building and configuring a foundational block, and then building different types of blocks within it. The Form Builder block has two levels of configuration: - The Basic configuration; and

- The Advance configuration.

Fields with Form Builder:Once you have the Form Builder block configured, you can add blocks for: - Text Field: such as name and address;
- Text Area Field: where your customers can enter informations;
- List Box Field: which presents a clickable drop-down list of any number of values you choose; for example, ages of visitors or the state in which they live;
- Check Box: where you can have a number of values on which your customer can click;
- Radio Button: an alternative to the Check Box;
- Hidden Field: which sends information to you that is not displayed to your customer; and
- Form Button: for "Submit", "Reset" buttons.
