Information Request Form block in EZ-PageBuilder™.Information is king on the InterNet, but sometimes, getting that information is not an easy process. But with the Information Request block in EZ-PageBuilder™, getting that information just got simpler.

With the Information Request block in EZ-PageBuilder™, you can quickly and easily configure and insert an information request form into your web page. This form can be used to request information from your customers, like name and address and e-mail information, or to give your customers a way to request more information from you about your products.

EZ-PageBuilder™ also offers you another block you can use for building and maintaining your e-mail list, EZ-MailList, as well as EZ-FormBuilder for creating customized forms. Adding an Information Request form to your EZ-PageBuilder page:To add an information request form to your web page, simply: - Choose the block after which you want to inset your information request form;
- Click on the "Add" button or the green plus sign, and select "Information Request" from the "Add New Block" drop-down menu;
- Click on the "Next Step" button.
The following form will be presented.

- Fill in the values; and
- Click the "Submit" button.
The following form will be inserted into your web page.

|
|
|
When the form is filled out as above (as I would hope would never happen to you), you would receive the following e-mail.
