Immortelle will work wonders if you're worried about scarring. The first bottle I received, I gave to a neighbor with the feeling that it would help. Her 17 month old son was severely burned by hot oil falling from the stove onto his head, arms and feet. I can only speak about my family's experience with Immortelle, but I love it! My daughters are biracial, so every time they get a cut, scrape or scratch, the skin turns dark. Add to that, my oldest daughter has really dry skin, and is not consistent with applying lotion. She scratches the dry spots and ends up with horrific marks, especially on her legs. She won't wear shorts in the summer due to the condition of her skin. I started using Immortelle on her legs and the results are amazing. It's been a little over a month and the spots are really fading very well. Even she is amazed. "My daughter runs hurdles for her high school track team. She hit hurdle number five with her trailing foot which sent her flying. She was moving so fast that she was unable to catch herself. Her face hit the ground first and the impact was to her right eye. When she came home she had marked swelling and a significant abrasion. I applied the Immortelle blend to her face and then covered it with ice. I consistently ensured that the blend was applied a minimum of twice a day. We were careful when placing it above and below the eye and on the abrasion. The whole process was amazing. My daughters scab began falling off after only the 5th day. There was healthy skin underneath and the black eye and swelling were dramatically diminished. From the first day of her track accident until the wound was fully healed was only eleven days!
