How to use: Diffuse, or place a few drops on hands, cup to nose and inhale deeply (direct inhalation).

Ingredients: Colorado blue spruce, Ponderosa pine, pine, red fir, cedar, white fir, black pine, pinyon pine, lodge pole pine and other conifers.
