How to use: For aromatic use only. However, Gary Young suggests using RutaVaLa to help control cortisol levels. Simply put a few drops into a gel cap and take before bed. It will help to bring elevated cortisol levels down to normal, help to balance pH and promote deep healing. You can also apply it to the back of the neck and shoulders, temples and to the bottom of the feet, especially on the brain Vita-Flex points.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Those with liver or kidney insufficiencies should not use RutaVaLa, due to a potential for toxicity.
Ingredients: Rue (Ruta graveolens) oil, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root oil and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) oil.
