I've found it to be very effective at quieting a racing mind (mine and others'), and is very calming when I've just felt "wired".  I think Valor^® has this effect because so many of the things in our environment today — from lawn and agricultural chemicals to things in our foods to exhaust fumes to EMFs — have such a chaotic energy, our body's own electrical system begins to spin out of control.  But, Valor^® helps to bring this all back into balance, enabling you to be who you truly are — not just the product of so much toxicity.

How to use: Apply on bottoms of feet and to throat, wrists, chest, sacrum and the base of the neck.  Valor^® is also great when applied along the spine in the RainDrop Technique.

If your mind is racing, and you just can't quiet it down, having someone apply Valor^® to the bottom of your feet, and then holding them (right hand to right foot, left hand to left foot) until there is an energy exchange can be very helpful.

Another application: place a few drops of Valor^® into your non-dominant hand, stir it with the index and middle fingers of your dominant hand and, moving from your non-dominant to dominant sides, apply the Valor^® across your forehead.  This can have truly amazing results.
