BodyGize™ (formerly called Body Balance™) is an advanced protein and mineral formula from Young Living Essential Oils, designed to provide you with the essential nutrients needed to support optimal health and balance.

BodyGize™ provides the benefits of high quality whey and whole milk proteins, and vitamins and minerals, in a convenient powder that can be added to water, juice or milk, and taken as a meal alternative.

Delicious mixed with fruit and blended like a smoothie, a serving of BodyGize™ contains a complete amino acid and vitamin profile, with a high level of protein, to maintain muscle tissue.  It provides important nutrients for either a weight management or physical conditioning regimen.

With the addition of a proprietary blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils, BodyGize™ has an extra punch, as well as superior antioxidant protection against free radical damage.

Directions: Add 1 scoop to 8-10 fl oz of purified water, juice or low-fat milk, and blend for 30 seconds.  I like it mixed with PowerMeal™, and maybe some SulfurZyme™, in whole, raw milk or RiceDream.
