How to use: Add 2 level scoops to 8 oz of cold water.  For additional flavor and "body", PowerMeal™ may be mixed with rice, almond or other milk.  I generally use whole, raw cow's milk.  Shake, stir or blend until smooth.  Add fruit or essential oils to enhance flavor.
