Apricot kernel oil may be helpful in massage as a sedative or antispasmodic, to give relief from strained muscles. It also has demulcent — or soothing — properties.
Useful in healing wounds and expelling worms, apricot kernel oil is also usefel as a general tonic. It benefits all skin types, due to its emollient properties, and is easily absorbed because of its texture.
Helpful in relieving the itching and swelling associated with eczema, it is also excellent for facial massage.

About apricot kernel oil:
Prunus armeniaca is native to China, and is a member of the Rosaceae botanical family. The oil is cold pressed from the kernels.
The oil is very nourishing, containing high levels of vitamin B17 (laetrile) and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
