This kit contains three single oils and four blends in 5 ml bottles, along with an instructive audiocassette tape, all in a gift box.  These include:

• Lemon oil has antiseptic-like properties.  It contains compounds that have been studied for their effects on the immune system, and it is an excellent antioxidant.
• Peppermint oil is soothing to the digestion, and has been studied for its benefits for the liver and respiratory system, and improving concentration and mental accuracy.
• Joy™, an essential oil blend that produces an uplifting, magnetic energy, and brings joy to the heart.
• PanAway™, an essential oil blend containing wintergreen, which has an active constituent similar to cortisone, clove, which contains eugenol, used by dentists to numb gums, peppermint, which is calming for nerves, and helichrysum, which is soothing for localized discomfort.
• Peace & Calming^®, an essential oil blend, designed to promote relaxation and a deep sense of peace, and may be especially calming and comforting to young children after an overactive and stressful day.
• Purification™, an essential oil blend with antiseptic properties.  When diffused, it can cleanse the air.  It can also be applied topically to cleanse and soothe insect bites, cuts and scrapes.

All of these oils may be diffused, applied to the Vita-Flex points on the feet, added to bathwater in either the Bath & Shower Gel Base or Epsom salts, applied topically or used with body and foot massage.  Any of the single oils in the Essential 7™ kit may also be used as dietary supplements.  (Refer to the Essential Oils Desk Reference for specific benefits and instructions.)
