About cinnamon bark oil:

Historically, Cinnamomum zeylanicum was so popular, it was the main reason behind the occupation of Ceylon, first by the Portuguese, then the Dutch and then the British.  It has been produced in Sri Lanka for over 2,000 years.

 

Cinnamon bark oil scores 10,340 µTE/100 g on the ORAC antioxidant scale, and is an important ingredient in the OnGuard^® and Slim & Sassy^® blends.

How to use: Because of its high phenol content, it is best diluted (1 drop to 40 or 50 drops of fractionated coconut oil) before applying on the skin.  If the mixture is too hot, apply additional fractionated coconut oil.  It may be applied neat (i.e.: undiluted) on hands and bottoms of feet, and may be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement.
