Lemon oil has a strong, clean, purifying citrus scent that is revitalizing and uplifting.  It consists of 68% d-limonene, a powerful antioxidant, and mixed in water, provides a delightfully refreshing lift.

Lemon oil has antiseptic-like properties when diffused.  It may also serve as an insect repellent, and may be beneficial for the skin.

About lemon oil:

Caution: Citrus oils should not be applied to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light within 72 hours.

 

How to use: Diffuse.  Add two drops to rice milk for purification, or combine with peppermint to provide a refreshing lift.  Add to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement or flavoring.
