Sandalwood oil has a distinctive woody scent that can be grounding and stabilizing. High in sesquiterpenes, it has been researched in Europe for its ability to oxygenate the limbic region of the brain, as well as the pineal gland.
Sandalwood oil is similar to frankincense oil in its support of nerves and circulation. It has also been found to remove negative programming from the cells.
