How to use: For slow metabolism, take 4-6 tablets daily. For fast metabolism, take 6-8 tablets daily. Take half of the daily amount before breakfast and half after dinner. Best if taken before meals.

It also contains citrus bioflavonoids, rutin, inositol, PABA (para amino benzoic acid) and additional antioxidants to promote cellular health, in a base of alfalfa sprouts.
Master Formula HIS™ contains no artificial flavors, preservatives, sugar, cornstarch, corn, wheat or yeast products.
