About Ultra Young® + Oral Spray:

How to use: Apply three sprays into the buccal cavity of the mouth (the inside of the cheek) three times a day, hold in mouth as long as possible, and then swallow. Spray upon waking, between meals, and just before bedtime. Avoid spraying on the tongue, because this reduces its effectiveness. High blood sugar levels reduce its effectiveness, so it is best used one to two hours before or after meals, with no snacking in between.
